What type of hair do you sell?
We sell 100% virgin human hair — unprocessed, chemical-free, and sourced for premium quality. Our collection includes bundles, lace frontal wigs, and boho styles in a variety of textures including Body Wave, Boho Curly, Deep Wave, and Straight.
Is the hair really 100% human hair?
Yes. All Maison Banto hair is 100% real human hair. No synthetic fibers, no blends. What you see is what you get — soft, natural, and luxurious.
Can I dye or bleach the hair?
Yes! Our virgin hair can be colored, toned, and bleached. We recommend going darker rather than lighter to preserve the integrity of the hair, and always perform a strand test first. If you plan to bleach the knots on a wig, we recommend consulting a professional stylist.
Can I use heat on the hair?
Yes, our hair is fully heat-styleable. Always use a heat protectant spray before applying direct heat (flat iron, curling wand, blow dryer). Keep heat tools below 400°F for best results and longevity.
How long will the hair last?
With proper care, our hair can last 1–3 years or longer. The lifespan depends on how frequently it is worn, how it is maintained, and whether it has been chemically altered.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on uninstalled, unaltered hair in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Hair that has been installed, colored, cut, or chemically treated cannot be returned. Please contact us at hello@maisonbantohair.com to initiate a return.
What if I received the wrong item or a damaged product?
We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and your order number. We will make it right promptly.
Do you offer exchanges?

How do I care for my hair?
To keep your Maison Banto hair looking its best:
- Detangle gently from the ends upward using a wide-tooth comb
- Wash with sulfate-free shampoo and a moisturizing conditioner
- Deep condition regularly to maintain softness and shine
- Always use a heat protectant before styling with heat tools
- Sleep with a satin bonnet or scarf to prevent tangling and frizz
- Store hair in a cool, dry place when not in use
Why is my hair tangling?
Tangling can occur from lack of moisture, improper storage, or skipping detangling. Regular deep conditioning, gentle detangling from the ends up, and sleeping in a satin bonnet will help significantly.
